Throughout the period of the festival, opening of taverns, a showcase for the territory of Lake Trasimeno with its typical products. You can taste the specialties of the local cuisine as fagiolina of Lake Trasimeno, pici with duck sauce, gnocchi, bread soup or ribollita. All it prepared by cooks castiglionesi according to ancient local traditions and accompanied by wines of the Trasimeno hills.
