Review of Paesant Herbs, who wants to present and allow to taste the most popular herbs of Umbria, trying to unite the popular tradition, the environmental tourism and the landscape to the food and wine culture.
Inside the event it is planned various initiatives, including a training course in four days on the peasant herbs we are on Mount Subasio. During the festival, the restaurants in Spello members will prepare menus based on typical Subasio herbs.
